Simple Beacon Monitor

This very simple program displays the actual transmitting beacons of the NCDXF/IARU Beacon Project. Set your computer clock as accurate as possible to the actual time (time zone doesn't matter). Shown is frequency and actual transmitting beacon. Numbers beyond the beacon are showing  the distance and direction of the beacon from my qth in south germany. If you want to change these values valid for your home qth just edit the beacon.lst file and fill in the correct values.

The beacons are transmitting the CALL in CW followed by a tone of 10s of 100W, 10W, 1W and 0.1W. More information about the beacon project see
